Description

Retain the Full Output from your Pedalboard or Amp Simulator
• No loss of signal strength or tone when connecting to a mixer.
• Radial's renowned reliability and build quality.
• Precision-wound Jensen Transformer delivers exceptional clarity and warmth.
• Passive, plug-and-play design requires no external power.

Amp simulators are more popular than ever, but they present a unique set of problems for guitar and bass players who want to interface them with a PA system. While amp sims can produce line-level outputs, they often have ¼" unbalanced connectors that aren't designed for long cable runs, and they encounter hum and buzz from ground loops when connected directly to the PA.

The Radial Highline Stereo is ideal for players who utilize amp simulators on their pedalboard. It features premium Jensen 1:1 transformers that retain the full volume from the amp sim while providing isolation that breaks up ground loops and protects against phantom power, along with balanced outputs that can be run over long distances without signal degradation. HIGHLINE STEREO
Stereo Passive Line Isolator
• Stereo Inputs: Left and right ¼" input jacks to connect to the balanced or unbalanced outputs from amp sims & guitar pedals.
• Thru: Left and right ¼" outputs to feed a pair of stage amplifiers.
• XLR Sum: Sums the left and right input channels to mono at both XLR outputs, allowing you to retain your pedalboard settings when there’s only room for a mono input on the mixer.
• Thru Sum: Sums the left and right input channels to mono at both Thru outputs, allowing you to feed a stereo signal to the mixer while monitoring locally with a single amplifier.

Applications
Connect your amp sim to the PA
The Highline Stereo allows you to send the signal from your guitar amp sim right to the PA while retaining the signal level and sound quality. The Jensen transformers inside provide isolation to reduce noise while protecting your gear from accidental phantom power activation.

Sum a stereo amp sim to mono
The Highline Stereo can also be configured to accept a stereo signal and sum both channels to the XLR output, so you don’t have to change any cabling on your pedalboard when channel space is limited at the PA. When the XLR outputs are summed together, the Thru outputs can still operate in stereo.

Isolators Vs DIs?
Direct Box (JDI Stereo)
• Takes stereo instrument-level signals from guitars and basses and converts them to mic-level to feed the PA.
• Utilizes a 12:1 transformer for level conversion and isolation.

Isolator (Highline Stereo)
• Takes stereo line-level outputs from guitar amp sims and feeds the PA with no drop in signal level.
• Utilizes a 1:1 transformer to provide isolation at unity gain.
